Are you falling ill frequently and getting cough and cold? A little climatic change gives you flu and headache? There can be many reasons behind low immunity levels. This reduced natural ability of our body to fight-off antigens viz. bacterias, viruses, pathogens and subsequently diseases indicate a LOW IMMUNITY LEVEL.

This low immunity is a result of a weak immune system that mainly comprises of- White Blood Cells, Lymph Nodes, Spleen and phagocytic organs.

But what are the reasons that weakens our kids immune system?

1. Low Physical Activity: This has been proven to be one of the major reasons behind low immunity levels, especially in kids. They have turned away from outdoor activities to the mobile screen very early on in their lives. This lack of physical activity kills a certain type of WBC and result in low immunity.

2. Stress Level and Anxiety: A human body goes through various irregular mental states. The immune system in order to normalize the situation gets weaker faster than it should. We don’t consider mental health as an important aspect. Hence, this problem generally gets overlooked. Hence, it becomes very important to remain stress-free for children as well as for the adults.

3.Lack of Nutrition: Certain food items are responsible for increasing immunity levels. Breakfast is an important meal of the day. Make sure to balance it with right amount of nutrition. Read : 5 easy healthy breakfast recipes to kickstart your day.
